bsp So you're sitting there asking yourself, "Knife the Glitter? Thats really their band name?" "Are they trying to be tough guys or something, or do they like really hate that Mariah Carey movie?"

bsp Well yeah, no one likes that train-wreck of a movie. It’s been downhill since 95' Mariah…give it a break...but that's beside the point. We are Knife the Glitter; we probably have one of the worst band names ever, it was a good idea for about 2 weeks. Just like how you thought it was cool to wear those oversized Jnco jeans in 8th grade. So now we're stuck with it just like you're stuck with all those jeans that probably fit a little bit better now…tubby.

bsp We try not to take ourselves too serious, except when writing our hot licks...and we’re not even so sure about that sometimes. This tends to carry over to our live show as well. Booty shakin’, grimace makin’, heart breakin’, and other general tom foolery is how we roll...and WE ROLL DEEP SON. Just like back in college, we do a lot of experimentation when it comes to trying new things… sometimes thatincludes our sound. Rhythms? Time signatures? Grooves?... yeah we got ‘em, sometimes simple, sometimes not so simple...just like making that first move on that cute girl from your Biology class.

bsp All in all, we enjoy what we do. Hopefully, you do as well… otherwise you just wasted five minutes of your life reading this. So that's us, take it or leave it…just don’t say we didn’t warn you.
