Jordan Fernandez

I was born in Nor*Cal or North California in a small beach town about 20 mins. outside of San Fran. I was raised mostly by my Mom because my parents separated when I was little. I still visit my Father(Tim) over the summer!. We moved to Italy when I was six and lived there for about six months. Though I dont remember much of the trip it was a good part of my life. I moved back to california and my Mom married my Father(Glenn).Without him I would have never picked up guitar.When I was ten my Dad got a choice.... get layed off or move to NYC. We chose NYC and we moved there right after 9/11. I was so afraid of getting killed by terrorists. I was also sad to leave Nor*Cal, my family and friends.We moved to a small city/town called Hoboken. It's the home town of the great Frank Sinatra. I was not liking the city life that I was so new to. I tried to adjust but it just wasn't for me. We had some problems with Hoboken so we moved to the burbs.My parents wanted to go somewhere were I could grow up in a civilized manor so we moved to a small suburb called Glen Rock. It's the town my Dad(Glenn) grew up in. It's a quiet suburb that can get boring as hell !!!! over all its an OK town.future plans- I formerly was in a two other bands besides SHADOW OF THE SUN! they both failed because of lack of creativity and dedication from the other members! Then a new light was born and i decided to make this myspace. through it i advertised my talent as a singer/song writer! Another talented creative dedicated song writer named Jake Novak(bass) added me. and it just so happened that we live in the same town and like the same music! Both of us had been in failed bands that lacked dedication and creativity! we decided to make the bringdowns which turned into all or nothing then SHADOW OF THE SUN, AND NOW SUMMER NIGHTS the greatest sucess of a band ive been in. We still needed a drummer. Three days into the bands birth we made a song called im not a fool! we recorded with a producer/songwriter/dj who goes by the name (Z) he owns a recoding and productions studio called A-Z meaning its very versatile and accepts all music. the whole recoding session was very professional and expensive, we never got the recoding finished and spent way to much money! over a three day weekend we decided to record ourselves and use drum loops since we did not have a drummer yet. we recoded "sunman" and "peace and love." we recently added a guitarist (Joe B) and found a drummer (Alex Ryan). Then changes were made Alex was moved to guitar and we let go of Joe... Still keeping him as a very good close friend! we are currently in the process of getting a new drummer we have two different people lined up for additions.-future- I hope that in the future "SUMMER NIGHTS" can succeed and we can all make a living off our musical talents! im planing to get through High-school and go to college unless my musical career takes me elsewhere.@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ I edited my profile with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)
