Join us for 'Rose City Rocker:2-tone' a scooter rally, thrown by the Windsor chapter of the Rovers Scooter Club; October 3,4 & 5 2008 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
This rally is open to ALL makes of scooter, old & new, and is a great way to meet people who share the same 10" wheels as you!
We will be riding through Windsor & Essex County and partying at FM Lounge (Fish Market), Kurley's AC and Bowlero! With DJ spinning, prize winning, award winning, dancing, eating, drinking and riding!
