An assassin and his target team up against First Hand International (FHI), the corporation that hired the assassin in the first place. By defending themselves against the FHI, they take down subsidiaries of the corporation, reluctantly clearing neighborhoods of corrupt behavior, bringing peace once again to a crime filled city.
