About Me

Just about everything you hear on this page is me (the drums on some tracks could possibly be my talented brother Dave, but that's it). I have aspirations to pursue music as long as I can, in whatever form I can. I'm personally not interested in making songs that simply "rock" (although, they certainly may), or song that are overly happy. I love songs that have an emotional connectivity to them, and when I am writing a song, it will usually come out a little darker than I am.See, I am a very happy person, just about every hour, of every day. However, I have a theory (and it certainly is not my own) that everyone has both a light and dark side to them. Well, assuming this to be true, my dark side (Stop thinking of Stars Wars and listen to me!) comes out in my music. This doesn't mean the major chord is foreign to me, just comes out a little less meaningful than hitting the minor feel, however that comes about.I play music to play music. If by somehow I am able to do that for the rest of my life and make a living off of it, than thank God, if not, I will continue to write and play music because I love to do so, and my hope is that at least a few people will "get" what I am aiming for, and enjoy this music at least half as much as I do.
