About Marie

I am a visual artist based in Los Angeles. What does a visual artist do, you ask. Well, I take photos (addicted to cell phone photo-taking at the most inappropriate times), draw (love to tag walls at random places, currently starting a mural of weird creatures on my bathroom door frame), and I work as a camera assistant in the film industry. But I also write, sing (not just during showers and commutes), and sell things like tee shirts and post cards made with my art.And what's a Wumpus, you ask? A Wumpus is a creature that's young at heart, who enjoys life and whatever it chooses to do, who doesn't care about what other people think, who's true to itself. And most importantly, a Wumpus loves to play.
