THE PLANHi everybody; Charles Moselle here. My program is unique; I take a portable recording studio into juvenile halls and make CD's with the kids who are locked up; I'm a counselor/producer; It is my intention to help these youth change direction in their lives so they don't wind up in prison; Because of the success of my program, I am now prepared to expand (nationally). Here's THE PLAN.
I am now raising funds to launch a National Tour of juvenile detention facilities in an effort to expand my program; We will be featuring artists who I've worked with while they were locked up, but are now free and carrying on with the music; the shows will also feature kids who wish to rap at each facility. I will arrive at each faciltiy a few days before the show and work with the incarcerated youth.
