I'm from the ROK, but I don't eat dog...

About Me

Born in South Korea, but raised in the United States, so a little bit of Asian and some American. I grew up in a small town in KS and then another one in WI. You would think I would've learned and moved out west or east, but I ended up smack dab in the middle of the midwest again after graduating college. I can hardly believe it's already been 7 years that I've been in KC,MO...loving it and living life as I make of it.

My Interests

I'm a freak about organizing (ask anyone who knows me well) and planning. It's a wonder that I'm sales person instead of putting my OCD elements to work. Other interests: TaeKwonDo, soccer, beer, martinis, movies, hanging with friends, etc.

I'd like to meet:

I love connecting with new people (gay, straight, white, black, asian, little people, you know, pretty much anyone cool, unique and passionate about something!). And especially to my fellow KADs out there - HOLLA!!

Music:

I LOVE club music!!! ATB and Lasgo are my favorites, but I'll listen to about any kind of club. It's sick and demented, but I love pop too (my friends hate me for it). Otherwise, I can tolerate about any genre.

Movies:

Though I do love those damn romantic comedies, indie films and documentaries are my passion. Saving Face, Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle, Bloodsport, Rumble in the Bronx, to name a few.

Television:

The reality bug got me, so almost any of those I get sucked into if I sit and watch for more than 5 minutes...Others include: Heroes, Cold Case, Criminal Minds, Little People, Big World, The Amazing Race, Top Chef.....

Books:

Anything that keeps me reading - something I can't put down.

Heroes:

Margaret Cho - she is incredible, intelligent, passionate, true to herself and one of the only Asian American role models! I've seen her in concert twice - fucking amazing! Others: BD Wong,Lynn Chen, Michelle Krusiac, John Cho,(and all the positive Asian role models)Superman, all creative people who inspire others, my parents - both biological and adoptive.
