Timothy "C Minor" Zimnoch is a member of "Break Starz Entertainment." C Minor started his musical education at Pennwood Elementary School in West Chester, PA. At Christmas time, he and his family would go caroling around their neighborhood. His mom would get all the kids from the neighborhood over for a rehearsal ahead of time and end the event with a Christmas party at their house with hot chocolate and Christmas cookies. Everyone would sing again while C played along with his violin. Other times, C and his family would visit his great grandmom at Fair Acres Nursing Facility in Media, PA. There, they would perform and sing for the residents. While visiting one day, C Minor met a ninety two year old violin maker named Sarkus who also lived at the facility. Sarkus talked proudly to C Minor about his life as a violin maker. C Minor's mom made him sit next to Sarkus's bed and pay close attention as if C was going to get graded on a test later. However, she understood the importance of transferrring knowledge between the younger and the older generation. She knew intuitively how much this would impact both her child and the old violin maker, Sarkus, in a way that no one would ever be able to measure. Without this connection, the soul of music can never be connected and the opportunity is lost forever. One time Sarkus took C Minor's violin and squeaked out a beautiful melody. Even in the old man's frailness, everyone could hear the beautiful tone that resonated from a child's small violin. Amazingly, this instrument, too small for the master's fingers to even play spoke a language that needed no words to understand. That day's impression would be embedded in the mind of all who were there especially C's. These times meant so much to His great grandmother whose face would shine with happiness to see hergrandchildren singing. This brought her and the other residents so much joy. This is what music is all about. After a year of lessons at school, C Minor studied violin privately with Mr. DiNafrio, a very accomplished violinist in the area. C did not like that Mr. DiNafrio could be quite strict, but C Minor's parents insisted that C continue his private lessons telling him, "Your teachers will change as time goes on, but the gift of music in your heart will be with you forever and no one can take it away from you once you have mastered it." A year later, Mr. Di Nafrio passed away due to a sudden heart attack. C Minor did not find another private teacher, but he did continue to study violin playing in the honor's orchestra under the direction of Miss Green at Lionville Middle School, Lionsville, PA. During this time, he found an old alto sax at JD Music Shop in Booth's Corner, a local farmer's market in the area where he and his family would go on the weekends to mostly buy icecream, soft pretzels, and pizza. The sax needed some minor clean up and repairs so Stephanie Hollman from Taylor's Music in West Chester, PA solved this initial problem and continued to make adjustments to the instrument on many occassions. Within a few months, C Minor added the sax to his instrumental music program at the school practicing until past midnight in his bedroom. Later, he studied privately with saxophonist, Joe Smith, long time member of "Philly Pops." He did end up with a clarinet that he started to play at the school too But, the real change came when He started to play around on the piano at his church. After the church service, C would run down stairs and play the piano as much as he could until the Sunday school teacher would come in and put an end to it. She was forever telliing him to stop because she could not hear herself talk over "his banging" as she put it. Fortunately, he could sneak away to another room and find another piano to play. When he was not at church, you could find him playing a piano anywhere else he could get his hands on one. This is exactly what happen one time. C Minor and his family were taking time to visit Washington DC for a week. The first morning at the hotel, His Uncle Ralph came out into the lobby and heard the music playing. He did not even know that C could play the piano and certainly not expect his nephew to be the one entertaining people with the baby grand reserved for the entertainors of the hotel. That did not stop C MInor from walking right up, hopping on the piano seat, and playing his heart out. After this, his grandfather bought him a baby grand piano. He started playing his new piano very intensely practicing for numerous amounts of hours per week. By now, his parents saw how deeply their son loved to play the piano that they set him up for an audition with "World Known Concert Pianist," Professor Maria Del Pico Taylor at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. C Minor studied with Maria Taylor for two years before discovering his ability to produce abstract hip-hop/R&B tracks utilizing his previous musical background and experience. Later, in his first year of highschool, C Minor met up with the talented Tajhien "Da Vinci" George, who together created the concept for "Sound Breakers." They have become best of friends since C was half way through the ninth grade. C Minor is currently finishing his Recording Arts and Entertainment Business Bachelors Degree at "Full Sail Real World Education." He recently found the third member of Sound Breakers, "London Fancisco," from Chicago. Here are some things that C has to say about his team: "Da Vinci and London are some of the best Producers that I know. They are also some of my closest friends. I hope nothing ever keeps us from working together and I hope our friendship lasts forever."
