Sup bitches. My name is Sharon but you can call me Shaz. Or Shazza. I have no ideas for an opening introduction, so let's just start rambling.
In 2006 I completed a course at MAINZ for Certificate in Live Sound and Event Production. This should mean I am now able to do live sound related shizz. And I can. For the most part. I wouldn't leave me in charge of doing it all by myself though. Lights I can do on my own. And as long as everything works, I'm happy.
I've done lighting for a lot of bands. If you need someone to do lighting, contact me, and I'll probably be more than happy to help. Or work. You know, actually get paid for doing lighting, for once.
Last year I did another course at MAINZ - Diploma in Music Event Management. I didn't pass, and I don't care, coz I started working. I was doing the course for student allowance anyway :P
I work at Skycity Theatre doing lighting. It's fucking mean. I love it there, and everyone is awesome ... most of the time ...
I live for music. Music is my life. Everything I do revolves around music. If not, then some combination of music, drinking and general mayhem. They all go hand in hand. I want to sing in a band. That still hasn't happened yet. But oh well. (Note to self - don't drink while walking to gigs, you get arrested ...)
