this week i lost 1.8lbs i lost a total now of 37lbs. I cant wait till i lose a total of 40 then i will really feel like im getting somewere.
I guess going to the gym yesterday for two hours payed off...

i lost a total of 2lbs this week. Im 5lbs left to lose till i reach my half weight goal! i lost a total of 36lbs now to be exact and 29.5 inches :)
also im in a smaller size jeans! im down 6 sizes no...
