Currently working with an incredible team of musicians, producers, and writers on behalf of a CD project benefiting the NEW YORK COALITION FOR HEALTHY SCHOOL FOOD. This is going to be one awesome CD with music and poetry from various artists from many genres. One life can touch another and forever change it...for the good or the bad. Through life, we have all been conditioned by many experiences, both positively and negatively. However, we all have the power to CHOOSE what we BELIEVE and DO. We make choices that we have to live with for the rest of our lives. Choose wisely in life and never regret anything that made you happy! Just be true to yourself with your decision making, and it will always be the right choice.I coordinated an anti- bullying campaign for elementary schools in the tri-state area (PA-NJ-DE)based on the subject matter of a publication during 2004-2005. The children learned a valuable lesson about kindness and the golden rule of treating everyone equally. The parents/teachers received informative material on meningitis awareness and vaccination. Another publication allowed me the privilege to assist the elderly to reach new potentials, citing that just because you grow older doesn't mean you fall out of step with life. An author with Duchenne muscular dystrophy wrote his autobiography, lending to others with the disease, and to friends and family that being in a wheelchair is not the handicap; however,not reaching your potential certainly is one. Helping children cope after the 9/11 attack was a blessing regarding another of our publications, Tiny Red's Trip to Earth. It not only comforted the children, but adults who also read the story. I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet anyone who is just genuinely honest, with a great sense of humor and strong sense of self...someone who doesn't take life or themselves too seriously. I have always loved to surround myself with positive, uplifting people. It is how I strive to become a better person as well. We can all learn from one another! I'd also love to meet those who may be in need of what I have to offer as a health consultant. Sometimes just the smallest change can make the biggest difference in one's life. More than supplemental ingestion, lifestyle and exercise play important roles in maintaining excellent health. I provide everything you will need to begin the process of living life to the fullest...physically, mentally and emotionally. Because of this economy, my clientele has dwindled. I wish I could give the stuff away, so for now, all I can offer is my good advice and the wisdom of my studies.
