About Inprana
Inprana the name came from Prana; a simple definition is the “Breath of lifeâ€.Dan has had the pleasure of playing with many local musicians whose sound’s ranged from blues to metal. These “bands†were “fixxer’s†for what he really wanted. A sound that many people could appreciate be they a teenager or middle aged.His vision was finally realized with the addition of James, with whom he met at their place of employment in Chandler Arizona.
In early ’04 they started writing and recruiting for this “projectâ€. With influence’s ranging from Johnny Cash to Pantera they had a hard time finding musicians to embrace their vision, the “Inprana soundâ€.
With the addition of Wayne on bass and the hired hands of a studio drummer - Dan, Jim and Wayne went into the studio with coveted Producer Larry Elyea and recorded a very strong demo that caught the attention of people from coast to coast. “Monster guitar work,Aggressive Drum’s, Melodic vocals“is some of the way’s to describe this unique yet familiar emotionally charged sound. “Capture’s your attention†“Draw’s you in with the unforgettable and relatable lyricsâ€.
With the addition of a very talented drummer ,Chris and guitarist Gale their lineup is complete and are gearing up to record their debut album due out in summer of ’08. With a tour in the work’s to support their debut full length Cd “the sky is the limitâ€.
