About Me

I am looking for a HIP HOP DJ that is down to do shows with us. We have the beats and rhymes and we can get the shows but we don't have a DJ. We are serious about doing shows all over California and sometimes in Oregon. If anyone is down get back to me on myspace or my E-mail [email protected]. Peace and have a great weekend!I grew up in Crestline California with my two older sisters and my Mom and Dad. I started embracing the art of music at a very young age, my first favorite album that I can remember owning was Metallica's Black album, when I was about seven. My uncle, Larry Hunt is and always has been a phemonenal artist so as far back as I can remember he would take us hiking and draw pictures of us and sometimes we would create plays and act them out for our parents and grandparents. No matter what my uncle was always there to give me a sketch pad and colored penciels, or show me some rock n' roll. Although I never did become a world renowned artist like L. Hunt I learned how to express my art in a differnt way, my own way. By the time I was twelve I was listening to hip-hop all the time and by age thirteen my friend Aaron and I were reciteing Beastie Boys songs infront of my sister and her friends and if I remember correctly we started writing rhymes the next day. Well I have not heard from Aaron since I was sixteen but I have continued to write and recite hip-hop lyrics all these years. Over the last nine years I have worked with some ill rhymers and great friends including: SIGNifiCANT7, I.Q., NateSpace, Brian Meadows, and LessinLyricist. I have also had the pleasure of working around some amazing bands including: The Mountain Brew, Occupant City, guitar player Steve Taylor and bass player Drew Grim. I have recently hooked up with my good friends and fellow rappers NATE SPACE and SIGNifiCANT7, DREW GRIM on the bass, LUMIS, and special guest SHANE of The Mountain Brew on Guitar. This album is going to be avalible someday, so keep lookin out for it.I plan to release my first solo album by november 2009 under The Missing Link movement and Intelligence Records, I don't plan on stopping any time soon so get used it. Peace and Love to You all, TomD
