Alfredo "Freddie" Lugo was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico (en el Barrio Colombia)
At the tender age of 8, his family migrated to New York, NY where his life story begins. Growing up on the Low East Side on Avenue D. and sixth street he began working with some of the "Greatest of all time". People such as;
