Kurt Cobain: He represents what is best about the music industry, i.e. that a guy can write great original songs and come from complete obscurity and hardship to be one of the bigest selling artists in history, being heard by millions. It was the negative, self destructive side of the music industry that killed him. (oh, and he was murdered).
Jack White: Possibly the greatest songwriter working today. Would love to spend a day standing around with a couple of guitars and this guy. I'm sure he could teach me more in 10 minutes than I've learned in the past 2 years.
John Lennon: Granted the gent's long buried but what that man did'nt know about writing great songs, I'm sure isn't worth knowing. 10 minutes with him would be nice, just to ask him about his song writing process.
I'd really like to meet the dude who signs new artists to the No Fit State circus, hands down my favorite circus troop in the world.
