JEEPERS! is a new house music label brought to you by virtuoso DJ/producers and house music aficionados Lee Morrison and Nick Hook.
Lee and Nick have both had years of experience in the UK house music scene, not only as DJs, promoters and producers, but also at running independent dance music labels and distribution companies.
Lee Morrison is well known in the the digital world of dance music and has run alexlee and Wallop Recordings. Nick Hook co-founded the legendary early progressive house music label Om Records, and has also run his own label Off The Hook Records.
From DJing together at clubs in Brighton, Nick & Lee decided it was time to launch a new label to put out the music that they and their vast collection of DJ/producer friends and colleagues are currently producing.
The first single on Jeepers!, a solo track from Nick Hook entitled 'The Funky Muzik', was released in October 2007. Complete with a remix from his First Life production partner Martin Sharp, it gained instant support from loads of leading DJs including Laurent Garnier, Tim Andresen, Slok and Chris Cargo, and peaked at no.1 in the MOS electro download chart and no.2 in the DJ Download chart.
Since then Jeepers! has literally gone from strength to strength, with releases from top artists including ANTON NEUMARK, FIRST LIFE, FULL BLOWN, NIGHTSTYLERS, MANHATTAN, MARTIN SHARP, PAOLO JACKSON, WESLEY S, TRACEY ALLEN, DEEYANA, and NICK HOOK.
