In spring 2007 Kivimetsän Druidi found a new drummer. Atte Marttinen joined the forces and now the line-up is complited. Kivimetsän Druidi is now ready for the battle and willing to conquer the world.

Influences: The biggest influence on KmD's songs is Moonsorrow's ‘Voimasta ja Kunniasta’ (Of Strength and Honour) album... from which they were inspired to start the band. So of course, they incorporate styles somewhat similar to Moonsorrow's (epic / folk / viking / progressive)But with that, noticeable elements of symphonic and celtic influence are shown too.Other artists that have influenced them are: Battlelore, Finntroll, Turisas, Ensiferum...
