About Me
Hi, I am a composer in contemporary classical music. My works combine East Asian especially Malaysian and Indonesian music (reflecting my background) and Western art music (especially contemporary art music). I have studied both Eastern and Western classical music and studied music at University of Technology MARA (B.Mus) Malaysia, Carnegie Mellon University (M.Mus Composition), Pittsburgh, USA and University of Sussex (Doctor of Philosophy in Music Composition), England. I also attended summer composition courses in Europe (France and Spain). I have written works for solo, duo, chamber, orchestral and choral works for performances internationally.
