J2oftheKOTH BandMix profile
Musician/future (honest) politician.. Born in New York City, a long time ago... I have been surrounded by music all my life, playing guitar, bass, writing and songwriting since age 11. I used to draw alot and make things using clip art (before the age of the computer). For a while I published my own underground magazine (Infomania/A Magazine) the magazine ran from 1998 to the year 2000. I have been performing on stage for over ten years now and I have worked with a number of original & cover bands in South Florida including: Aliensoil, The Sleepy Saints, F.T.B., Injury Clinic, Slate, Black Zodiac, Threeface, Billy Lee Lewis and the Jailhouse Rockers, Sonny Jones and the Smokey Bones Band, Elido and American Popular and a couple of years back I played in a band with my sister, singer/actress Karen Mauro in the dance/rock cover band All Fired Up. I have played everything from metal, disco, country to rap. I can read chord charts and I understand music theory. I also write oririnal music and lyrics which have been featured on college radio stations and original stage shows, I have also been seen on the local cable channel here in Port Saint Lucie, Fl. and currently on a TV show called ExistKind on Tucson Access in Tucson Arizona..
I have been playing bass and guitar since age 11 and I have worked with many cover and original bands. When I played lead guitar for the band All Fired Up we opened up for LoverBoy, Gary Hoey and Steppenwolf. When I played bass for Recount the band opened for Three Dog Night and Bad Company. With the heavy metal band Injury Clinic we opened for The Curve and Nicko McBrains Brain Damage. And since I have gone out on my own to play solo acoustic performances, I have opened for bands such as I Digress, Alex Bach, The Numb Ones and Ghost Of Gloria & I have played in New York, North Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Florida and Arizona.

No wife, no x-wife, no mistress, no kids, no pets...no vice issues..
I live in a very small modest house in suburbia FLA U.$.A. along with my Mommager and my G-ma (she's like 98) I think of her as "The Eldest of the Tribe". I think that's pretty cool to know the oldest living person in your family. She once told me a story about coming to America and going through Ellis Island. I have traveled & lived in a lot different places and with many different kinds of people and I have found when I am home in South Florida, these are the best roommates that I can ever have...Family.
