I'm a composer and filmmaker, living in New Hampshire. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Music Theory, and compose mostly symphonic works, using several Roland sound modules with sampled orchestral instruments, along with a Yamaha Portable Grand.
My first experiences scoring music for film were with my brother's films - a short silent piece about a stalker that he did in college, and a feature film called "The Axman".
My brother, Bret, continues to work on his own films, but I began to write screenplays in college, and over the years since, until I came up with the screenplay for "The Sacrifice" in 2004. Since Bret had his own projects to work on, my boyfriend, Erich, and I decided to produce and direct it ourselves. Since then, filmmaking has become a full-blown obsession. We've finished one short, shot parts of another, and are approaching the half-way mark on the sequel to "The Sacrifice", called "The Resurrection". I also have some other short screenplays finished or in the works that I intend to tackle next Summer.
