The New Crescent Moon Society is a Pagan Education & Networking Group, which is in operation nationwide. What do we do? We are here as a helping hand, we are dedicated to helping people advance in their Pagan Path. We also provide information on the best websites, and books for Pagans to review, as some information can be misleading, and factually incorrect. We also encourage people to create their own ‘’Path’’, and do and study as they see fit. We offer online schools at different times, and we have several different projects in the work, so we will post update bulletins on a regular basis! What Does Our Name Mean? Our name may sound almost like a oxymoron, and it is. But it's meaning is much deeper. The New Crescent Moon, basically meaning that we are here to help in the Transition from the ''New Moon'', from the Time where Pagans are still divided into Young & Old, when people still can't find the answers to their most simple questions. To the Time of the ''Crescent Moon'', which is where the Community is starting to unite, and come together in more ways. Also, more rescources are becoming avaible. We call ourselves a Society, because we aren't a coven, or an organization. We are a ''Society'' of like minds, of people so diverse, yet so the same. Helping Those New To The Path! We all have heard the phrase ‘’I’m interested in Paganism, but don’t know where to start..’’, we want to be recognized as a great resources for starters. By listening to what they are interested in, and then providing the best feedback possible, pointing them In the direction of the best websites, and books for them to start with! Are you ‘’Lost’’ or Unsure about the Path your on? Have questions? Think another Path is more to your style? We want to help you! We learn with you, and we are happy to research the paths, so we can help you in return, giving you the best information on the different options you have! Networking: The N.C.M.S is here to help you link with fellow Pagans. Whether your looking for a local group near you. Or just wanting to meet some like minds, search our friends, and ‘’Add’’ to your hearts desire! We are working on establishing some good forums, chat rooms, newsletters, and things of that sort for you to join! Also we are looking into the possibility of a site similar to MySpace, or Mypagans.com. How can I get the help I’m looking for?
