Here I am - the Utah girl living in CA for over 4 years now.. WOW.. I still call soda, POP. I love mayonaise but hate miracle whip. Yet, I hate Light mayonaise but love light miracle whip... Just so you know.. Well, I finally finished up my Bachelors degree in Sociology/ Criminal Justice after almost 6 years.. ok, in fairness I took about a year off in that time, so its not that bad.. LOL. Now... I have decided to continue on with my education and am in the process of applying to grad school to get my Masters in Social Work and hopefully go to work in child welfare - I am so excited for this next phase, but also pretty scared. But I know it will be worth it.. I used to work for a non-profit youth/police group, and I absolutely love working with kids.. I really thought I wanted to be a police officer until I started working with kids and I've found something I love even more..Otherwise, I like to do pretty much all the basics.. but I LOVE basketball. Yes, the Jazz. And I'm a Cowboys girl.. none of this Raiders stuff. Quite honestly, I'll watch most games though, especially live....But on the other hand, I also clean up very nicely,and can dress up and be all pretty and girly and stuff.. Ok, Im a work in progress, but arent we all?And all the normal stuff ... comedy clubs, movies, good music (especially live), going out to eat, playing pool and going bowling, shooting ranges. I love sports cars, muscle cars and bikes and being from Utah I do like to snowboard... and after my most recent run at it, I've decided that I'm pretty much a snowboarding MASTER!! :-) And of course, you can't go wrong with a good blockbuster night, walking around Best Buy checking out all the stuff I can't afford, or singing in the car. I guess that about covers it..

My Interests

My family, road trips, Utah Jazz, Dallas Cowboys, comedy clubs, snowboarding, boating/water sports, cooking, video games (Yes, I still play..) and all the other stuff I mentioned in the about me area.

Music:

Hmmmmm. Pretty much a bit of everything.. My cd collection is varied from Tupac, Alicia Keys, Linkin Park, Nsync, West Side Connection, Eminem, Janis Joplin, Counting Crows.. and a little bit o' country thrown in there.

Movies:

Remember the Titans, Super Troopers, Napoleon Dynomite, SWAT, National Security.. WOW...there's way too many to name really.

Television:

..NBA, NFL, MLB, Sports Center, Sunday and Monday night football, Comedy Central, Prison Break, Reno 911, CSI, Law & Order, Simpsons, Family Guy, and the Food Network.

Books:

Mostly school boks right now... but I'm reading about the Bible and God, trying to understand it all.

Heroes:

My step dad. John Walsh (The host of America's Most Wanted). Police officers and firemen who give their lives for others in the line of duty.
