My name is Tigger and I am a 8 year old American Staffordshire Low Rider Pit Bull Terrier.My life hasn't always been as good as it is now. My owner found me when I was about 6 months old wandering the streets, I was badly beaten up and could barely walk, but despite my ugly apppearance he still picked me up and brought me home (he thinks I was used as a bait dog because of my bad hips).

About three years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer, but my owners went through with the surgery and I am cancer free to this day.I am a survivor despite the odds. I love to eat coconuts and run and play, go to the beach and swim for hours, I don't let my age stop me....I too love attention and think that I am a lap dog.
