About Me

I don't really use myspace much, but I'll admit to being slightly addicted to Facebook...
I'm a finalist geoscience student at Durham uni, I belong to Van Mildert College but I'm living out in the Viaduct in a victorian terraced house next to a guitar shop B-) with 3 great housemates :-)Hopefully next year I'll be doing an MSci in Geotechnical Engineering - maybe at Newcastle or Manchester.
My main interest is music - listening and playing - Generally I like indie/rock type stuff, with some post-rock and electronic stuff thrown in. I live for live music. I play the guitar, I have a red and black fender strat and a blue Jay Turser copy of a Gibson Dot. I used to play rhythm in a band but alas, we are no more. I have been known to have a go at the drums but unfortunatly my co-ordination is a bit rubbish so only simple rhythms I'm afraid!
Apart from that I go horse riding - I am welfare officer for Durham University Equestrian Club, and I also do a bit of canoeing on the Broads when the weather's vaguely decent.
