The Tulips

The Tulips got together in true 'Tulip' fashion following a drunken meeting on the last train home from Winchester one Friday night in September 2003. Angela and Tom, both full of vigour(and vodka) and carrying guitars started jamming on the train and the seeds of the band were born.......Ben came along in November 2003 and recording and rehearsals followed at the legendary Valley Studios, with a friend (Gillan) taking care of drumming duties.Dan joined The Tulips acoustic set in 2006, following his departure from The Sunbirds.
