As a native Californian participating in Cross Country and Track & Field since elementary school, Heather is a competitor by nature. She has been an endurance athlete for over 26 years which allows her to motivate and train individuals to accomplish their desired goals. Her love for fitness leads her to compete in races of various distances:

Heather’s athletic background, and strong desire to help others get in shape and stay fit, led her to pursue the profession of Personal Training. Also, as an experienced Lead Running Guide/Coach for Nike’s Top 20 Running Program, Pace Leader for Nike's Run LA/Run Hit Remix Program, and a current coach for the Runnergy Club Runs, she meticulously plans and coordinates runs for runners of all levels.
