My enthusiasm for art was apparent early on where according to my mother “she would splay out nekid on the concrete wearing only her tube socks, and would color and draw for hoursâ€. Neurotic as I am, I was intimidated by both my Mother and Grandmother’s amazing artistic talent, and did not pick up another crayon until a train wreck of a romance came to an end at the tender age of 20. It was then that I locked myself in my apartment, swirled around paint, cried, cursed, and fought with God. My all too common dramatics were not wasted however; I discovered something that I loved to do… paint. I am currently a featured artist in OC CA galleries, and am a member of the Orange County Fine Arts association.
