OK....
Satan's Candy Machine happend because it had to!!!
I, Chris Wilson, was playing bass with The Mistakes. The band was taking on a little more of a commercial sound, which was great and produced some amazing songs, but I had some songs inside that just didn't fit The Mistakes. I mentioned this to Jim (aka Candy or Metal) of RockStars Kill and he was looking for something to do as well. We are great friends with similar taste in music so we decided to start working on these songs. I played him my stuff and we fucked around with 'em and started recording. He had some ideas that he had been working on and incorporated them into this new creation. It was just the two of us, I played bass and handled most of the vocals and he did the guitar and some of the vocals too. We couldn't really find a drummer we liked so he programmed the drum machine and we laid down the tracks...(Fuck you if you are thinking :"That's not very punk")
The plan was to write some songs, play like two or three shows and then break up!!!!
We are a couple of lazy fucks so we barely rehearsed and never played a show...still suprised we actually recorded songs!!! I think one day we just forgot about rehersal, started drinking and never played again!!!!!
It was a fun few months, we got out a lot of aggression, and wrote some cool songs. They were not recorded to impress you, so we don't care if you think they suck. We are not saints and do not care if you think these songs will send us to hell. We don't really care about a whole lot, people have been wanting to hear these songs so I made this page for that reason. And, as soon as Jim copies the rest of the songs and I convert them to MP3s I will post more.
Enjoy or not.
Comment or not.
Live or not,
.....it makes no difference to us!!!
Cheers!!!
