I am 26 years old... My family relocated to Alexandria/Pineville, LA from Danbury, CT when I was 11... I can't say I am disappointed in general with the move... I am happy here, and where as the area may be a bit boring, I do love it... And I am happy with my experiences and everyone I've met here (with a few exceptions)... Really the only thing I do miss there is my family... We have some family there that I miss, my Grandfather, 2 Aunts and 2 Uncles, my oldest Brother PJ, and my only Sister Kim and brother-in-law Bill, my cousin Ken, and also many nieces and nephews whom I've never had to pleasure to meet... Not to mention various friends I left there... I love myspace because it allows me to keep in touch with some of those people who live there...
When I was 19, I lost my father, and both Grandmothers all within a year... An experience like that changes your whole outlook on life... It helped me realize that tomorrow is never promised to anyone! And that you should spend as much time as you can with loved ones, because you never know when the good Lord will call them away...
As for my present life... I have been with the love of my life since I was 18, as of Feb 14th 2008, we are engaged to be married (we haven't set a date yet)... We own a home in Pineville... We have 2 dogs... A female named Brownie and a male pup named Rex... We also have 3 cats, 2 males Tiger & Lucky Leo (I saved his life when he was a kitten hence the name 'Lucky'), & a female named Nala... We're both animal lovers at heart and can't turn down an animal in need, so these are our "kids"...
Up until October of 06, I was the owner and PC Technician of Exempt's Computer Service... I have since lost some of the passion I used to have for computers and the PC industry, so I decided to take a breather period and figure out my next move, probably something to do with my new found passion for cars... So in the meantime I deliver Pizzas for Domino's... For the first time, I do have a pretty fun laid back job that I enjoy... I make decent money and get to drive around listening to music most of the night... I've also become good friends with alot of the people I work with, so its not really like work most of the time, it's more like just hanging out with some friends and having fun... Even my bosses are cool as hell...
I consider myself a huge car enthusiast... I love my Honda CRX... But I can also appreciate almost all other makes and different styles, from American Muscle to even the show inspired (rice) look (if its not too 'overboard'), but my current favorite style is called 'JDM' (see my 'General Interests')... My friend DeJay and I started up a website which has become pretty popular locally, its an online community for local car enthusiasts called " Cenla Street Scene "... I feel it has helped the local car scene in a good way, and helped to get it rolling in our area once again...
When I'm not working, I like to work on my car, go fishing with my brothers, go 4 wheeler riding, hang out with my friends and family, spending alone time with my fiance, going out to eat, or watching movies, and listening to music... Anyways, I think thats about it...
