I think life should be about extending joy. I crave new experiences and enjoy going to concerts, festivals, museums, and any unusual events I come across. Photography is a hobby of mine. I have a particular appreciation and admiration for the art of belly dancing. I’m in a troupe called Lost Caravan and enjoy taking classes with various other instructors too. I enjoy watching fire spinning and roller derbies, and love pole fitness. Halloween is my favorite holiday. When the weather is nice I like to go outdoors in my hammock with a good book and some great tunes. I prefer non-fiction. Immanuel Kant is my favorite philosopher. I aspire to see the best in others and am particularly inspired by intelligent and altruistic people. I find organized religion rather distasteful but I'm interested in meditation, energy work, Reiki, and spirituality based in independent thought. I see humor in things and love to play, yet can be deeply introspective too. I'm generally a bit shy though I try to mask it well. I am horrible at housecleaning! I go running 6-10 miles each weekday and am mostly vegetarian. I appreciate the outdoors and love all life. I always enjoy making new friends any chance I get, but I would also love to find that special someone I can have a deep and meaningful relationship with.
