Guerrilla Farm are an up and coming 4 piece combo from Liverpool, yeah i know they look like ex cons but believe me they’re not! They’re just 4 lads doing what they love most, writing songs and playing live.
The current line up have been together now for about 3 years although it feels longer!! Thanks to Peter who hounded Les for months ’til he had no choice but to agree to be their new drummer and they haven’t looked back since!
Guerrilla Farms first ever gig was in July 2004.
They were featured in the Liverpool Echo’s music pages where they were described, due to their enthusiasm, as "musical perverts"(though after talkin’ to the boys you’ll quickly find out that they are!!!). Their style has been described as "indie rock" or "bluesy rock", with some of their stuff ranging from "heavy rock" to softer acoustic stuff but it’s hard to pigeon hole their style and as a result they are often described as being very diverse. They are very much a live band and their recordings don’t do them justice but don’t take our word for that, why not get out to one of their shows and see for yourself. even if you decide you dont like them, you are sure to have a good night and a good bevy. so come on - separate yourself from that computer, step out of cyberspace and into the real world of live, loud music.
