About Me
First and foremost I am 50%Aside from that I am Passionate...That is probably the most appropriate word to describe me as it encompasses all of my strengths and weaknesses. That is to say I live my life rather than observe it. Music drives me in pretty much everything I do, providing my life with inspiration, purpose, sanity, and energy all at once. I just recently linked up with my band, The Redline Addiction, a great group of guys with a tremendous amount of talent and potential. Recently, we have been building quite a following of friends and acquaintances and hope to take the DC scene by storm with the upcoming release of our first album. We'll keep you posted but at the present, we are looking at a late winter/early spring release date.When I'm not spending time with the band, I'm either with my beautiful girlfriend Allie, who I love and adore and would be lost without, or I'm spending time with my amazing friends. They are a second family to me. Whether I'm posting up in St. Louis, Los Angeles, NYC, or just lamping it right here at home in the DC area, I'm surrounded by such a group of wonderful people that at times I have to stop and take time to be thankful for how lucky I am to have them. Not only have my friends been pillars of support through tumultuous times and beacons of light through the good, they have also been the rowdy fun-loving bunch that have given me enough unbelievable memories and stories for a life time.I have to give a shot out to my aRk boys, Ari and Mark, the ill-est EDM mixologists in the District. These guys have been schooling me to the scene since the 90's and if you're smart you'll let them school you too. Check them out in my top friend's list and make sure to stay on top of their podcasts starting sometime in early 2008. You won't be disappointed I promise.Also gotta throw a little love in Don Ernst's direction aka Jimi Jack Jones. The things this guy can do with a paintbrush will blow your mind, not to mention his gift for verse and impeccable taste in music. If you need to know anything about Dylan, I suggest you hit him up.Big ups to my LA Ace's, Amir and his partner in crime Abex. Don't sleep on these skills because these cats are one intelligent crowd away from multi-platinum material, original and ahead of their time. We can only hope to play catch up.Then there's Trackstar blowing up in the STL. He's the best thing since sliced bread to hit the St. Louis underground scene.That's just a little taste of the high quality people I have been blessed to befriend over the 26 years I've been on this turf, but believe me the list goes on and .. I check on out of here, I have to give the fam the propers they deserve. Of course, there's Erin, the best big sister an annoying little brother could hope for. She has been a role model and friend throughout this whole crazy journey. Mom and Dad are too golden for words. I can't even begin to describe them in a way that would do them justice so I'll just say, they're the 'ish and I would be no where without their strength and love. And last, but certainly not least, I have to throw some love at my Nana. If Don Corleone was under 5', wore lipstick and could cook a mean steak, that would be my Nana. She wreaks of class and is a true Matriarch in every sense of the word. While she may only have a few more years on this Earth, she will leave behind a family legacy of loving, genuine people with respect for life and love.
