Xy4

Xy4 started in winter 2003-2004 in Lviv. First it was made of 4 persons, who were into melodic pop-punk with cheerful lyrics for teenagers (whose music was mostly into...). Playing so energetically and full of joy, the band started to perform on many concerts in their home city. As the time went by, Xy4 started to perform out of the city. In the period of 2004-2006 on Morkva recording studio their first demo album was recorded.it was called "coyote flakes".it consists of 12 songs.Some of them could be heared on the radio, but songs like "katrusja" and "syxiv" became true hits and some street musicians perform these so far. This time they played about 40 concerts, took part in a few festivals. In summer 2006 guys visited the USA and with their return they changed into trio and also changed their direction. Now ex-drummer left the band and an ex-guitarplayer turned into a new drummer. As well Xy4 moves to another recording studio "Scandal records" in Rivne, where they work on their album. They keep on performing. The hit song "syxiv" got to such "calling card". Xy4 is also known and "loved" in other places. Summer 2007 is time when band occured on "Snikers Urbanija" festival as well as time when guys start performing with many foreign bands on the same stage. The main idea of the band is making and bringing to people a lot of positivity, good mood, energetic music and sunny feelings. We consider that it's all about what's in your head and the world is how you take it in. See you on concerts
