... Another lot of travelling and I might perhaps know a bit more about myself.
I am a scientist but I can't stand being stuck in a lab. What science is about is what we see and how it surprises us and amazes us all the time. My most reliable lab instrument is my camera. Hence photographer. There is often something scientific lurking behind my photos such as - why is it that it's in September and April we get the most rainbows? It's not because it rains more... Various atmospheric phenomena often feature in my shots. Water is rather cool too, and animals and plants and all sorts of interesting nature-engineered devices. So that's it, I am a scientist, of sorts :)
