Love running. Marathons. Race Junkie. Biking. Swimming. Triathlons. Dancing. Computers. Travelling to new places. Making mountains out of molehills. And art.
I truly enjoy life... love my family, friends and spend a great deal of time with them or talking to them. I love living in Chicago... been here all my life and can't imagine living elsewhere, despite the long winters. I love my job and my coworkers.
I am spontaneous... always need something to keep me actively busy. I like to keep in shape... running outside when it's warm and hitting the gym when it's cold to keep my lady-buff physique. :oP I try to participate in as many races as possible (i.e. Shamrock Shuffle, Y-Me Race, Bike the Drive, Bucktown 5k, and of course, the Chicago Marathon). My next goal is to run a big race (half or full marathon) in each state and even internationally. I also take an interest in people and world cultures. I'll be thrilled to discuss any topic. I am very opinionated and therefore do not usually discuss them openly unless I want to get myself in trouble. I plan to travel the world in my lifetime. So far, I've been to Spain, Mexico and Canada, in addition to several places in the US. I'm especially interested in visiting the rest of Europe, Asia and Australia. But hey, a road trip to a not too distant city is also called for now and then. I enjoy learning things about other people. I can be pretty quiet sometimes, but always willing to listen to a friend. And always love being in a social situation.
