I guess you could say I am eclectic by nature. I love and enjoy all sorts of things. I am full of energy, love to inspire others, and am unreasonably determined to always live a life I love! I have lived all over the states from the east to west coast but Northern California is by far my favorite. Colorado comes in as a close 2nd. In Cali I was the host of a television show in the Bay Area and I loved it. It was a blast and I met a ton of great people. My biggest passion, however, is writing. I'm a writin' queen! I love music, art, and God which are all nearly the same thing to me. Oh, and I appreciate silence as well as beautiful noise! Meditation is a great catapult into productive introspection so it's up there with my favorite things.I have lived a transformative life and am grateful for the extraordinary people I have met and come to know along the way. I have been skydiving twice, was in a wheelchair once (not related to skydiving btw), have acted on stage, danced on a mountain, swam with dolphins, ridden on an elephant, been smacked by a monkey, and meditated in one of the worlds largest stuppa's in existence. I've faced the majesty of Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, and El Capitan. I've bought merchandise from monks, am directly related to Samuel Clemens (Mark Twain), and dated a rock star. I've driven coast to coast with a cat, was a syndicated columnist and have a degree in Psychology as well as Sociology. It is a good life and I love living it...even through the tough times, which I have also had my fair share of. I enjoy a plethora of things ranging from the ordinary to the not-so-ordinary. I value spirituality, integrity, honesty and authenticity. I think music is as much a gateway to the soul as eyes are, and that art, in its wide-spread variety of forms, is the most beautiful self-expression of all. I love people in general and think kindness is a priority. I don't think a profile can capture the true "Being" of a person but for what it's worth I am happy to write a little to give a general idea. I truly Hope you are all having fun in life and if you are not then start getting into action today! There is no other time than NOW! Oh, and I can be a complete dork sometimes too. Got to mix it up, right? :)
