Family, Friends, Faith…. being an educated consumer, eating and cooking “real†food, reducing my carbon footprint, getting outside and exploring the great northwest, embracing all that is Portland, accessible healthcare, educating people about finances and giving them a choice, deciding who to vote for in 08, believing social justice is possible, figuring out where to volunteer next, getting my body in tip top shape, random nights out, coffee dates, discovering “diversityâ€, getting out of my comfort zone and bringing every experience back home…to Guam.

gotta have the island jams! i LOVE groovin' to anything hip-hop aaand shakin it to my chachacha, chillin' to r&b/soul, and don't mind rockin' it out with the occasional alternative fix. underground rap/reggae possesses the most genuine beat and is really finding its own niche in my heart. contemporary christian/gospel has and always will be a part of me. old school classics are the best, country has its moments, anything jazz is becoming a new fav, and piano/guitar solos always hit the spot. some femm favs include: alanis, alicia, beyonce, goapele, janet, kelly, lauryn, missy, & stacie.
Movies:
i'm a sucker for stories of struggle and triumph and those that expose injustice in this world.
Television:
forever a fan of sex and the city & felicity. and when time permits, you'll find me channel surfing the food network, cnn, vh1/bet/mtv and the history channel.
Books:
workin on gettin back into reading more...but all time favs include: gracias, tuesdays with morrie, the notebook, sonny's blues, we band of angels, and whoever you are.
