Born in Houston, TX in theNotorious Neighborhood of South Acres. His grandmother due to the neglect of his
parents raised him, like every other child in his neighborhood. Kuwaits talents were
discovered among his relatives in his home. When he was no more than six yearsold, he would mock preachers and sing songs heard from the radio,being the nephew of black legendary country singer Dobie Gray famous for his 70s hit "Drift Away" will sum up how the music got in his blood. With only anolder sister, Kuwait was alone except for the neighborhood gang he would affiliatehimself with in the future. In elementary school, Kuwait received certificates formusic, talent shows and hosting morning announcements, until he dropped out ofschool in the ninth grade, and eventually was expelled from Job Corps for exciting a
riot. He never gave up on the calling of being an entertainer. Growing up listeningto his neighbor Scarface, who also lived in South Acres, as well as K-Rino, theytaught him the blueprint of creating an album. Battling Scarface, in Mom and PopMusic Shops and on Willie D. of the Geto Boys radio talk show Reality Check, gavehim the courage and faith to believe that he could hold his own in this industry as alyricist. Running with the nationally known gang, the S.A. Fools, which Scarfacemade famous on many of his CDs eventually lead Kuwait to trouble with the law.But the Minister of Information of the New Black Panther leader Quanell X isresponsible for reintroducing him to islam . Quanell X wasalso raised in South Acres and understood the problems of his young comrade. Hereintroduced Kuwait to Islam. Studying Islam for the last 14 years has helpedKuwait a lot and to show Quanell X that his help was not in vain, Kuwait went onto record an album, Kuwait: Babylon which includes guestappearances from artist such as Grammy nominee, Trumpet Player Calvin Owens,K-Rino, and Shyheim of the Wu-Tang Clan. You can also hear Kuwait on severalcompilations out of the TX region.& K-Rinos 1999 release No Mercy, features himwith the late legendary DJ Screw, Gangsta Nip, Point Blank, PSK 13, and others.Calvin Owens 2000 release Stop Lying in my Face featuring South Park Mexican,Hawk, Rasheed and other TX headliners. Kuwait is also featured on a 1999compilation Big Six Ten to Get In. Kuwait has made apperences on Southern Affiliate in Miami Florida 2001,& Ruff EyquesUGs N Movement 2003, Wolftown Recordsfrom the UK 2004,South Acres -connected 2005,Charlie frank-street playa 2006,Ryno-THEY CALL ME NO 2006, K-rino-TIME TRAVELER 2006, K-rino-HEAD HUNTERS 2006,K-rino-BOOK NUMBER 7 2007,K-rino-the lyrical legend 2007,The 144elite 2007,AND NOW BACK WITH "THE FACE OF GOD" PRODUCED BY RIAA 3Xs CERTIFIED PLATINUM MUHAMMAD 2 G (JERRY MUHAMMAD)!!!!!!!!
