-I walk in 5k races as often as I can so I can make a full recovery from the accident which left me unable to walk without a walker. I'm stuburn enough to work through it and make a recovery. For those who wish to join in, these races do charge so don't say I didn't tell you :)I am not able to train anyone due to my in injuries, but I am trying to get my life back! -
My name is Nigel Hudson; I have over twenty years of experience in Personal Training and Sports Therapy. I started competing in sports at the age of 12 years old. I have been a professional boxer and professional muay-thai kickboxer and held a National Title. I competed in Judo for many years and in many countries obtaining a 2nd degree black belt. I also competed in No Holds Barred (Ultimate Fighting competitions) where I fought for two world titles. I was born and raised in the United Kingdom but relocated to Los Angeles.
