Outta Fashion Bio

Taken from their myspaz
Outta Fashion burst onto the music scene in 2006 and have been steadily building a fan base ever since. With their repertoire of catchy self-penned songs, the four teenage "Punketeers" have already established a fine reputation as purveyors of high energy Pop Punk music. A reputation further enhanced by live performances in the London area and at venues further afield - see left sidebar. In addition they have also been invited to perform at several local council community organised outdoor festivals. And to help raise their profile they placed several colour adverts in Kerrang! magazine, commissioned a run of limited edition T-Shirts, released a live CD and more recently recorded four songs in a professional recording studio for the first time as Outta Fashion. Those songs are now available for your listening pleasure on the "Standalone Player" above and will soon be available as a CD. Oh! And did I mention that they have just been voted through to the Emergenza Unsigned Festival 2007 UK Final?
So who exactly are Outta Fashion? Well, Nick is the band’s lead guitarist and lead vocalist who also happens to take care of the song writing duties. Make no mistake, this guy is the real deal as he exudes an onstage presence that projects him above the mere average. That said, the other band members are also an integral part of the whole Outta Fashion experience. Rick is the rhythm guitarist who provides additional vocals from under that cool looking fringe - a superb counterpoint to Nick's overt theatrics. And then there's the rhythm section featuring Jay's 'head moshing' bass sound and Supernova's hard-hitting drum style. Undoubtedly they drive the whole aural onslaught forward as the band deliver their particular brand of Pop Punk. Rest assured that the "Maximum Pop Punk" slogan they embrace is not simply a boast!
