Chief mastering engineer Garrett Haines is the Recording Tips Editor for Tape Op Magazine (free subscriptions at www.tapeop.com). He has also been published by numerous audio engineering magazines and has over 100 articles in print. When he's not writing or being attacked by puppies, you can find him mastering music from independent artists.
