Hello friend, music fan, or wayfaring stranger of the worldwide interwebs...
We're a group of friends and lovers of music who joined up in 2007 to create music together, and are riding that wave where it will take us. We've crafted our own sort of sound that we like to call 'groovy folk rock', and we hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoy playing it. Hell, even half as much.
We focus on carefully piecing together all the elements of each song to end up with something original, interesting, and ultimately worthy of your time. It goes without saying that these songs are important to us, but they are also more than just songs to us. Each of them contains some of who we are as individuals, and what the five of us can only create in collaboration.
This is music with a message as well. Whether that message be of radical social change and resisting the dominant culture, deeper connection to the land and nonhumans, deeper connections with humans, local culture, mutual relationships (aren't these all related anyway?), or anything else you might get out of the lyrics or sounds, it is a message that we feel is important, and that should be heard. We hope you agree.
