I've been in LA for a while, but there were times that my family kept moving from TX to L.A. quite a bit. parenting issues, you know. dont worry, they havent grown out of their parenting issues. some of the best times i can remember, playing bassoon and trombone. i went to a music academy in l.a. which was amazing. i joined the swim team and became the captain even though i never worked out with them. i remember learning how to swim even though i hated the water and i became a good swimmer, swimming with some of the nations best Olympic athletes. i also grew a love for the sport of synchronized swimming. which is what I coach now everyday in Portland, OR. so i have a culinary degree, worked at some of the best restaurants in l.a. and northern cali and Vegas. the best though, working at the Olympic games but even better, working with craig strong. we ran the dining room at the Ritz-Carlton which is now the Langham Hotel in pasadena. we earned a michelin star, its the best food in los angeles and at a beautiful property. i moved to las vegas and was at the MGM for a while. I hated the heat and desert. you learn more about business then the sense of hospitality. i miss etiquette. i traveled to europe recently for the first time and i had a blast. i will be going back and i want to spend some time there coaching or working with kids in sports in some fashion. it was lifes changing thats why im focusing on my passion, kids and athletics. tell me your story?found this layout at HOT FreeLayouts.com :: MyHotComments
