Growing up equidistant to Detroit and Chicago allowed me to fuse the elements of house and techno since early on. I started spinning records seriously in 97 using alot of the eclectic sounds from local Kalamazoo techno label Black Nation Electronics and a variety of classic Chicago house tracks. Since then sounds and styles have come and gone, but my emphasis on keeping things in a balance between the calculated and the organic, has never swayed. In November of 2007, I released my first EP on Chicago label Prosthetic Pressings. A few weeks later my second EP "2 for Flinching" released with some pretty nice accolades, in part, to the help of two storming remixes by Dan Curtin and Frankie Vega. I've got a handful of projects already in the works for 2009, with releases planned for Brazillian minimal label 11 Hz Recordings, Madrid based beaTMind, and Black Nation.
