The Marty Casey & Lovehammers Canadian Street Team is dedicated to promoting this awesome band all across Canada. The band, from Chicago, Illinois consists of members Marty Casey, Bobby Kourelis, Billy Sawilchik and Dino Kourelis. Although the band has been together for almost 20 years and has garnered much attention at the local level, they were thrust into the limelight when Marty (lead singer) found himself on television screens across the globe during his run on the popular reality series RockStar:INXS. Marty was clearly a favourite on the show and he gained many new fans who eventually came to know his band, Lovehammers. An enthusiastic group of fans from around the world have pooled their resources and efforts in an attempt to spread the word about Lovehammers.
We continuously hear accounts from Street Teamers, who through their efforts, have learned that there are many Marty fans out there that don't know that he has a band. There are countless people who loved him on the show and have wondered what he's been up to since the series ended. That is what we're all about. That's the goal of the Street Team. We believe that these four, extremely talented guys have a lot to share with the world and have so much to say through their music and our mission is expose them and their talent to as many people as we can.
