I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

So my name is Josh, since everyone and their brother has that name I'm more commonly known as Josh D, but it's whatever. I'm completely erratic, and I race through life having fun and tearing up everything in my path, some would say it's a destructive way to live life, but it's what works best for me. I have a lot of passion for this life and reaping the fruits of it, I care genuinely and deeply for my friends and I don't really fall into any particular clique so the types of friends I have are all scattered across the spectrum. I love getting to know new people and hearing different and unique points of view, so shoot me a message, I'm always down for a good (especially mentally stimulating) chat!

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Someone who can still see the beauty in this life, one who is out to complete goals and make the best of their time on earth. Someone who never lost the curiosity they had when they were young, one who can write with proper spelling and grammar. Someone who is optomistic and has a love for people, one who is creative and not afraid to take risks. Someone who isn't afraid to speak their mind, but isn't too brash either. Someone who knows how to enjoy the simple pleasures, one who knows when to grab on and when to let go of things. Someone who is opinionated, yet open and honest. Someone spontaneous and slightly erratic, but not overbearing. Someone who can say that they completely disagree with everything I just typed, but want to know me anyway. Agree to disagree, break out of your shell, spread your wings, it's all the same, basically, I'd like to meet......you!

My Blog

FAITH + LOVE / RELIGION = a life worth living

Ahhh, so a new year has begun, time for people to make resolutions, all of which I can say I achieved last year, and it's a good feeling knowing that I can set my mind to pretty much anything and make...

Rolling Uphill. . .

It seems sometimes like the odds are entirely against people my age. That teen to early adult demographic is getter harder to work through without leaving with some severe scars, be it emotional or ph...

The Dog and The Leash

Okay, let me set up a scenario for you, one that is too often reflected (not to mention repeated) in my life. A boy meets a girl, and they instantly have an interest in one another, so they set up a t...

Looking beyond the mirror. . .

I've come to realize that some people will never change, no matter what happens to them, what influences them, or what experiences they have in life, and they are dead set in their ways. This can be a...

The Fallout

So what do you do when your best friends start fading into memories? When all the people you related to most start dropping off of the map to the point where you feel you don't even know them anymore?...

The Death of Originality

Why is it that the world seems so uninspired these days? Like everyone from Hollywood to the smallest town seems interested in ripping off someone else's idea instead of coming up with their own. Quit...

The Beauty of Simplicity. . .

Every day I witness the people around me becoming more and more miserable, and every day I understand their misery less and less. In a land of those claiming broken hearts and shattered dreams true jo...

The American Dream + Elaboration

So as time goes by I am realizing the end all to that question most people tend to hate hearing: "Where do you see yourself ten years from now?" Honestly, all I really want to do is to have a genuine ...
