I may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for earlier leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page. The beat will be on the site, but it will be marked as “SOLD”. You must however give production credit to BIG BEE ARTISTRY on all commercial recordings. Royalty rate 5 points after 5000 units or digital downloads sold.===============================================Leasing Rights ($20 - $100 )=============================================== Non-Exclusive Licensing Rights = Leasing rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast.
