A sound so familiar and homegrown it’s like falling in love with a childhood sweetheart all over again. KMG has something to say. And whether it’s your first time experiencing the land behind the music or your thousandth time on a journey through the melodic wavelengths of the songs, one thing’s for sure: time will remain an after thought.

Q: What made you realize that music was your path?
A: I was sitting in the back seat of my parents Volvo station wagon watching the clouds make shadows on the asphalt as we drove about 60 mph one Saturday afternoon. My Dad had the radio dial tuned to a classic oldies station that was playing Beatles songs back to back. As the melodies came out of the speakers every emotion that a 7 year old boy can feel is what I was feeling. Music was jumping out of my skin. I was seeing and hearing sounds and images I had no clue even existed. Looking back I now realize I didn't choose music it chose me.
Q: How would you describe the music that you typically create?
A: Colorful, full of life, bright, joyful, yellow, sunshine songs. Like a first kiss.
Q: What makes your music unique?
A: What sets my music apart from other people is my music comes from an honest and vulnerable place. Majority of what you will hear on the KMG stuff is the way it went down in the studio. Live. You get the good the great even a few mistakes. By nature it gives our music an extra edge.
