Yamean Music Group (YMG) is driven off of the concepts of emotion, innovation, diversity, and creativity. The mission of Yamean Music Group is to create and provide exceptional musical services using a multi-faceted team approach to transcend genre and geographic boundaries. Yamean Music Group is a team of 2 producers and 5 writers/artists who are working to put our stamp on the music industry. Our team is very diverse; this diversity allows us to write, produce, and perform various types of music. The producers, writers, and artists on the team have varying talents and accomplishments including DJ’ing, being pianists and drummers for many major churches and neosoul groups across the country, creative writing college majors, the Source MC Battle Champions, opening for national recording artist such as, Queen Latifiah, Naughty by Nature, Dr. Hook, Little Riverband (Australia), Ja Rule, Next, Donnie McCurklin, Shirley Ceaser, Richard Smallwood and Vision Mint Condition, Sheryl Underwood, The Fugees, Wiz Khalifia, Lupe Fiasco and the list goes on. We have put in the time to not only do our craft but learn our craft as well.
